Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPN61 handles information when you visit the website, manage an account, or use subscription services. The no-logs policy applies to activity on international routes; it does not mean account, order, and support records are never retained.
Account and order records
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Email is not required for account creation. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they will be used only to handle that request. Authentication data is used to verify your identity, manage login sessions, and protect account access.
Order records include the selected plan, payment status, transaction identifier, subscription benefits, and refund handling details. They are used to activate services, verify payments, and provide support. Data needed for usage-based billing, such as allowances, cumulative usage, and reset status, is used to manage subscriptions and does not include website browsing details. Support ticket content is used only to answer your questions. Please do not submit passwords, complete subscription links, or personal information unrelated to your request.
Scope of the no-logs policy
VPN61 does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store browsing content or lists of destination websites, or retain connection histories that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Connection logs for route usage are not retained persistently or used to build account profiles.
Temporary data required to keep a connection running and cumulative traffic data required for subscription billing serve different purposes: the former maintains an active connection, while the latter tracks remaining allowance. Website analytics and order records are also separate from route browsing logs. The no-logs policy describes how this service handles information; it does not mean destination websites, client apps, or payment services follow the same policy.
Website analytics and local storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and clicks on entry points so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to this website and its interactions; they are not used to record external websites visited through international routes. Account passwords, authentication credentials, and subscription details should not be sent to the analytics system.
Cookies and browser local storage support login sessions, language preferences, and necessary interface settings. User panel authentication credentials may be stored in your current browser to verify future requests. Clearing this data may end your session or restore default settings, but it will not automatically delete server-side account or order records. When using a shared device, sign out and clear local session data.
Third-party payments and information sharing
VPN61 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service, and the information it requires and how it retains that information are governed by its own policies. VPN61 uses order-related information and payment results to verify transactions; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords.
To complete a payment or refund, or handle a transaction dispute, relevant order details and transaction identifiers may be shared with the payment service when necessary. VPN61 does not provide route activity as transaction information. If disclosure is legally required, only information covered by the applicable requirement and actually held will be processed. This service cannot provide browsing content or connection history that it does not record.
Data retention and deletion requests
Account data is retained while the account is in use. Order, payment, and refund records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill subscription obligations, reconcile payments, handle disputes, and meet applicable requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are retained according to their processing purposes, then deleted or aggregated so they can no longer be linked to an individual. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for every data category.
To access, correct, or delete account-related data, submit a request through a user panel support ticket. VPN61 will verify account ownership and explain what can be processed and which records must still be retained. Deleting an account may affect access to subscriptions and support history. Check for open orders or refund matters before submitting a request; a deletion request is not a refund request.
Policy updates and scope information
This policy applies to information processing on the VPN61 website and user panel. External websites, payment services, and device systems are governed by their own policies. If the purposes or scope of information processing change, VPN61 will update this page and its last-updated month. Important changes affecting user rights will be explained through notices on the site.
If you have questions about this policy or how information is handled, submit them through a user panel support ticket. Subscription benefits and usage rules are described in the Terms of Service. This policy does not replace plan details or extend refund or service commitments.
