Access across borders and device compatibility
VPN61 offers international route subscriptions for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, or streaming services. Coverage includes 120+ countries and 220+ routes. Compatible with Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. The service provides network connectivity; account eligibility, regional rules, and content availability are determined by each platform.
Route selection and troubleshooting
Choose routes based on whether the service you need works properly and whether the connection remains stable—not on geographic distance or route names as guarantees of speed. Compare routes during the times you actually use them and keep the one that works best with your current network. If something goes wrong, check your subscription status, remaining data, and client settings first, then try another route to troubleshoot.
For help, submit a ticket through the user panel and include your device platform, error message, and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove your subscription URL and password before submitting. See the plans page for pricing and data terms. VPN61 offers a 30-day refund policy; eligibility and instructions are outlined in the Terms of Service.
Privacy and data minimization
VPN61 does not keep activity logs and limits data collection to what is needed to manage accounts and subscriptions and provide support. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your subscription details publicly. A no-logs policy describes how the service handles data; it does not mean that websites you visit do not collect information. For details, read the Privacy Policy.
